Dear Residents and Residents representatives,
I would like to start todays update by extending an invitation to all representatives who
would like the opportunity to catch up with me informally on Wednesday 15 February 2023
at 1000 in the main function hall at St Agnes. I understand this time may not suit all
representatives and I look forward to scheduling another catch up in the early evening to
accommodate those who may have other commitments.
Please RSVP via email sunny.traverse@bene.org.au
Bene St Agnes and Gamma Healthcare will commence a small trail to prevent and assist
residents with incontinence associated dermatitis. This product facilitates a structured skin
care regime in a continence wipe. Further communication will occur over the next couple of
weeks.
As we approach Australia Day the lifestyle team have arranged a special afternoon tea for
residents and we look forward to this event.
Bene has been successful in a small grant for Telehealth in residential aged care to increase
support between aged care and health care, I look forward to providing you with further
updates.
I would like to thank you all for your support as we move into 2023 and as I celebrate my
one year anniversary with Bene.
We have travelled this bumpy road together, through difficult challenging times. I look
forward to the opportunity to work in partnership to strengthen relations and positive
outcomes for resident’s representatives and staff.
